Barby, suffers from claustrophobia and is helped by a psychologist named Franco. Lau, the stepmother of Barby, is there to support her stepdaughter. He then wrap clear tape around Barby's head, followed by brown packing tape which he also use to make her a hood, leaving only her eyes/nose exposed. Franco and Lau make Barby jump out in front of the house, placing her inside the narrow barrel.
After 2-3 minutes, they come back. Franco makes Barby stand up in the barrel, blindfolding her eyes with the brown packing tape. Barby is once again made to sit inside the barrel, and Franco and Lau leave. We watch the blindfolded, gagged and hooded girl make muffled noise in the barrel until the scene ends!
