2257 Statement

This statement relates to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and their implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (together, the “Record-Keeping Requirements”) as they concern selfgags.com (the “Site”).

18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

All persons appearing in material on this site were 18 years of age or older at the time of production and participated voluntarily. For every production, the producer holds government-issued photo ID confirming each performer’s age and identity, together with a signed model release, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. These records are kept by the custodian of records named in the compliance statement for each video on the platform where it is sold.

Trailers Only

The Site displays trailers: short promotional previews of adult videos. It does not host or sell the full-length material. Full-length videos are hosted, sold and distributed by third-party platforms, which you reach through outbound and affiliate links.

Full-length material is distributed through third-party platforms that review content under their own policies, which typically include verifying the age and identity of persons depicted and requiring records of consent.

Where Records Are Kept

For each depiction, the records required by the Record-Keeping Requirements are created and maintained by the producer or other party responsible for it under those requirements. The producer’s compliance statement and custodian of records information are available in connection with the full-length material, including on the producer’s own pages on the platform where the material is sold.

To make a records-related request about a particular depiction:

1. follow the link from the trailer to the platform page where the full-length video is offered;
2. locate the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance statement for that material or its producer; and
3. direct your request to the custodian of records named there.

If you cannot locate the relevant statement for a trailer on the Site, email admin@selfgags.com with the URL and we will help you identify where it can be found.

All Persons Depicted Are Adults

All performers and other persons depicted in any trailer or other material on the Site were aged 18 or older at the time the depiction was created, and appear voluntarily and with consent.

Zero tolerance

Selfgags has zero tolerance for any material depicting, involving or appearing to involve minors. Any such material reported to us will be removed promptly. Suspected child sexual abuse material will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
